1. Monitoring of IMCR project through weekly reviews with all CFTs stakeholders & Platform head
2. Periodic IMCR proposal updates to IMCR head & seeking assistance to bottleneck issues if any 3. Benchmarking internally for improving efficiency of existing IMCR processes. 4. Completion of IMCR Projects as per the target date & achieve Set Annual target 5. Generate cost savings ideas on regular basis to fill idea pipeline.
