Qualifications And Skills
Diploma/Graduate with Chemistry or Chemical, MBA (Marketing) will be added advantageProven expertise in data analytics to drive informed sales and marketing strategiesEffective experience in OEM sales, with a strong ability to manage and nurture client relationshipsDemonstrated success in B2B sales within the manufacturing and water treatment sectorsDeep understanding of ion exchange resins and the ability to leverage this knowledge in sales activitiesExperience in selling membrane performance chemicals, with a technical grasp of product applicationsStrong track record in water treatment resin sales with a focus on client acquisition and retentionExperience in wastewater treatment resin sales, understanding market demands and client needsCapable of effectively managing sales of water treatment equipment, achieving and surpassing targets

Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned regionsIdentify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to drive product salesOEM & Dealer ManagementConduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trendsCollaborate with the marketing team to create impactful marketing campaigns and promotional materialsProvide technical expertise and product knowledge during sales presentations and client meetingsTrack and report on sales performance, market conditions and competitor activities regularlyCoordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and effective solutions deliveryParticipate in industry events and trade shows to enhance brand presence and business opportunities.
