Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, and annual appraisals.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and process improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 7+ Years of experience in a HR generalist role in the manufacturing industry.
  • MBA/MSW/PG Diploma in HR
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
