Assistant Manager Human Resources

As an individual contributor in the HR department, your role will involve executing HR plans for the organization and supporting HR life cycle processes for the location. This includes managing Performance & Annual Merit Cycle, Health and Wellness initiatives, Hiring resources, Employee Engagement events, and Onboarding. You will collaborate closely with HR teams across locations to effectively plan and execute these initiatives. Additionally, you will work with business stakeholders to identify their needs and design appropriate HR strategies. Your role will require independent thinking and expertise in areas such as Talent management, Internships, Engagement & Branding, and more. Desired skills for this role include Planning & Program Management, Excellent Communication skills, Relationship management, and networking.
