Job Description

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1. Safety Compliance:

- Ensure 100% compliance with organizational safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.

2. Risk Management:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential health and safety risks in the workplace.

- Develop and implement effective risk control measures to prevent accidents and injuries.

3. Training and Awareness:

- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' knowledge and awareness of health and safety procedures.

- Conduct regular safety awareness campaigns to promote a safety-first culture.

4. Incident Investigation and Reporting:

- Investigate all workplace incidents, near-misses, and accidents to identify root causes.

- Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

5. Safety Performance Monitoring:

- Track and analyze safety performance metrics, such as incident rates, lost-time injuries, and near-misses.

- Provide regular safety performance reports to management.

6. Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay up-to-date with relevant health and safety regulations and standards.

- Ensure organizational compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Number of workplace incidents and near-misses

- Lost-time injury frequency rate (LTIFR)

- Safety compliance audit scores

- Training participation and completion rates

- Employee safety awareness and knowledge levels.
