As an Assistant Manager- HR Business Partnering at our client, a leading logistics tech company in India specializing in on-demand intra-city transportation services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive employee experience and driving HR initiatives across multiple regions. We are seeking a proactive and empathetic individual with 2-4 years of experience, preferably with an MBA in HR. In this individual contributor role based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with regional teams, influencing key stakeholders, managing employee grievances, and upholding the company's values and culture. Your ability to balance employee needs with business priorities and ensure compliance with HR policies will be essential. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the primary HR partner for regional teams, traveling to key cities/zones for feedback, handling employee grievances with empathy, driving performance management conversations, and fostering employee engagement through various activities. Fluency in at least one South Indian language is required, along with experience in managing regional or distributed teams.
