Assistant Manager-HR Ops

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on ESG-related issues, trends, and best practices. Collaborating with internal teams to collate, analyze, and report ESG data. Supporting during the evaluation of rating agencies and frameworks. Assisting in the preparation of presentations and communications materials. Staying updated on regulatory developments and industry standards related to ESG. Participating in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance ESG knowledge and skills. Contributing to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization's ESG performance.
