Role & responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Operations candidate to oversee Human Resources operations and labour law & Payroll compliance practices and processes. The HR Operations resource responsibilities includes oversee and work on HR operation assignments for the company /region. Managing the internal master data, Statutory compliance and local legislations and coordinating with vendor / Department for closure. Supporting the decision-making process on HR issues and new implementations. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in HR processes and labor legislation, possesses strong leadership skills and has experience in enhancing HR processes and infrastructures that will improve HR functions. Job descriptions: Proven work experience as an HR Operations or similar role Ensure to maintain HR systems and processes Ensuring the organizations compliance requirements with local, state regulations Upkeep employee data and details Knowledge on HR functions (Labour law Compliance, HR benefits, grievance/ query management, etc.) Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures Address employees queries on issues related to benefits, Compensation and labor regulations, and all HR related activities Ensuring the payroll management, including salary reviews, statutory deductions, bonuses, and incentives Work experience in HRIS Preferred candidate profile Master in business administration or relevant field Education in human resources will be a plus Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus Excellent organizational and leadership ability Analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication aptitude 4-6 yrs of relevant experience
