Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms).
Interviewing candidates.
Prepare and distribute assignments to the candidates.
Provide information of the shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
Preparing job offers.
Must have core recruitment experience
Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Networking with various institutions and social media
Good knowledge of various recruitment portals
