• Manage complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, promotions, increments,
grievance redressal, and exits.
• Ensure 100% statutory compliance with all central and Maharashtra labor laws including Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI,
Professional Tax, Contract Labour Act, and POSH for corporate office employees.
• Coordinate compliance activities across plant locations, support government inspections and audits, handle union issues and
industrial relations matters, and liaise with labour department officials as the central HR point of contact.
• Serve as SPOC for mediclaim administration including policy management, employee enrollments, claim processing, and
coordination with insurance providers (TPA)
• Manage HR-related legal issues in coordination with the legal team.
• Prepare and file all statutory returns (PF, ESI, professional tax, TDS, labour welfare fund) and maintain mandatory registers
under various acts for corporate office staff
• Coordinate compliance activities across plant locations, support government inspections and audits, and liaise with labour
department officials as the central HR point of contact
• Develop HR policies, maintain HRIS for all employees, generate HR MIS reports, and serve as the primary HR business partner
for corporate office management and employees
