Job Summary:

Assistant Manager Hospital Operations

Key Responsibilities:Operational Management

Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure efficiency, patient satisfaction, and service quality.
Monitor functioning of OPD, IPD, Emergency, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, and Front Office departments.
Ensure smooth coordination between clinical, nursing, housekeeping, and administrative teams.
Track bed occupancy, discharge process, and patient turnaround time.
Implement process improvements to enhance patient experience and resource utilization.

Administrative Support

Assist in preparing duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower allocation.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, and statutory compliance.
Maintain records related to operations, staff attendance, and departmental reports.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Procurement for operational requirements.

Patient Care & Quality

Monitor and maintain patient satisfaction levels through feedback collection and analysis.
Handle and resolve patient complaints promptly and effectively.
Support NABH/JCI accreditation and quality assurance processes.
Conduct regular audits of service areas to ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
Analyze data on patient inflow, revenue, utilization, and efficiency metrics.
Assist in budget planning, cost control, and resource optimization initiatives.
