Assistant Manager- Home Loan (DSA)

The Sales Manager - Home Loans (Corporate DSA) position at Home Locator offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the Home Loan division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving home loan sales through partnerships with leading banks and NBFCs. Your role will involve generating leads, engaging potential customers, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement processes. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with multiple financial institutions to structure and execute loan offerings, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. You will also work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts and provide an excellent customer experience throughout the home loan journey. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of home loan products and the lending process, along with prior experience in sales management or working as a DSA with banks/NBFCs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required, and prior experience in real estate or financial services is advantageous.
