Assistant Manager - Holiday Operations

As a Holiday Operations Specialist, your role will involve handling holiday operations for a variety of destinations including Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and African countries. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Your duties will also include upselling extra services to existing customers, collecting post-tour feedback to increase positive reviews, and managing day-to-day holiday transactions while maintaining reports. Your focus will be on offering customers uninterrupted services and ensuring near-zero escalations. Key Responsibilities: - Handle holiday operations for multiple destinations - Develop and maintain relationships with clients - Upsell extra services to existing customers - Collect post-tour feedback and increase positive reviews - Manage day-to-day holiday transactions and maintain reports - Offer uninterrupted services to customers and ensure minimal escalations Qualifications Required: - 3-8 years of experience in handling post-sales for long-haul destinations - Graduation in any domain; Travel and Tourism candidates preferred - Knowledge of supplier coordination, negotiations, and online tools operations - Prior experience in handling GIT and FIT products - Strong on-ground escalation and problem-solving ability - Excellent understanding of destination and world geography Additionally, you should possess excellent email etiquettes, communication skills, and customer service skills. Proficiency in handling long-haul destinations and clients is a must, along with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and travel preferences. You should have the drive to meet or exceed post-sales file handling efficiently and contribute to month-over-month growth.
