Role & responsibilities

Growth & Business Development

Identify new opportunities for
patient acquisition and revenue growth
Forge and manage tie-ups with
corporates, TPAs, RWAs, clinics
, and referral doctors
Conduct
catchment area analysis
and
feasibility studies
for service expansion
Develop and implement
growth strategies for OPD, IPD, and specialty departments

Patient Marketing

Plan and execute
digital marketing campaigns
(SEO, SEM, social media, email)
Lead
ATL/BTL campaigns
including health camps, outreach programs, and events
Develop
brand positioning and communication
strategies targeting patients
Manage
hospital website, blogs
, and patient education content

Analytics & Strategy

Track and analyze
lead conversion rates
, patient feedback, and marketing ROI
Prepare monthly/quarterly
marketing performance reports
Monitor market trends and
competitor strategies

Operations & Patient Experience

Coordinate with internal departments for
smooth patient journey workflows
Implement and manage
CRM systems
for lead nurturing and patient retention
Oversee
grievance redressal systems
and ensure continuous experience improvement

Preferred Candidate Profile Bihar Region

Must have worked in a
multi-specialty hospital, diagnostic chain, or healthcare service provider
Proven success in
local patient footfall growth, tie-ups with referral networks, and regional campaigns
Experience in
Tier-2/Tier-3 city healthcare marketing
is
highly desirable

Regional Knowledge & Language:

Fluent in Hindi
and local dialects (Maithili, Bhojpuri, Magahi) crucial for patient engagement
Deep understanding of
Bihar's healthcare landscape
, patient behavior, and referral ecosystem
Familiarity with
catchment areas
in cities like Patna, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga, etc.
