Inviting applications for the role of Data Analyst! We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to provide insights that will help drive business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations, improving operational efficiency and enhancing strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Adapt and understand different client business, and their business processes. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, delivering insights that help optimize business performance. Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy. High quantitative aptitude and curiosity index to be able to adapt different industries. Should be able to convert business problem into quantitative model. Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way. Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Use statistical techniques and data models to forecast future trends, business performance, and customer behavior. Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in the company's operational processes, recommending data-driven solutions. Open for working on new transformation projects / solutions in supply chain, contract management, AMS and cost and financial data. Help solve clients pain areas and support new initiatives Ensure that all data is handled in compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding privacy and security. Use and enhance the company’s existing analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to improve reporting capabilities. Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide analytical support for special projects, as required, to assist with decision-making at all levels of the organization. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. Ability to use superior communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to frame decisions for senior management and drive optimized decision-making Able to be self-directed and work independently to meet and exceed goals. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Experience within Aviation/Automotive industry is preferred Experience in Analytics domain is preferred Good Communication skill Team Player Ready to take up challenges Time Management Analytical Mind, Reasoning skills, Proactive, Self-Starter, Work Under Pressure Proficiency in MS Office Packages.
