Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help oversee daily front-of-house operations and personnel in our high-volume dining establishment including achieving excellent customer service, food/beverage quality, staff development and financial goals. Responsibilities: - Managing all front-of-house staff including servers, hosts. - Train, coach and motivate team to achieve excellent service standards. Address performance issues promptly. - Oversee operations including opening/closing procedures, table assignments, supply needs etc. - Monitor dining room environment and operations to ensure excellent service standards such as greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food/drinks in a timely fashion. - Inspect facilities and dining areas for cleanliness, functionality and guest safety. - Assist AGM with goal setting, budget planning, staff scheduling and menu development. - Track daily sales/revenue numbers and assist with month-end reporting. Identify trends and opportunities. - Fill in for managerial duties in the absence of the Restaurant Manager including addressing customer complaints. Requirements: - 3+ years restaurant experience, preferably in an Assistant Manager or senior service role - Positive attitude and excellent team leadership abilities - Strong operations management skills with good attention to detail - Experience with restaurant POS systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
