Assistant Manager - Finance Transformation

Role Overview: You will be joining Netradyne as an Assistant Manager / Manager in the Finance Transformation team. Your role will involve working as a Functional Consultant in Finance Projects and Systems Implementation, where you will use your blend of finance and technical skills to ensure that the implemented financial systems meet the business needs and goals effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Understand, document, and analyze business processes and requirements related to financial systems like NetSuite, Workday Adaptive, Tableau, etc. - Ensure accurate capture and translation of business requirements into system functionalities. - Design and implement solutions aligned with the business's financial needs and goals. - Collaborate with the technical team to translate business requirements into system specifications. - Configure and customize financial systems based on business requirements. - Conduct functional testing of implemented systems to ensure they meet business requirements. - Troubleshoot any issues during and post-implementation in collaboration with stakeholders. - Provide training and support to users of financial systems. - Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery. - Stay updated with the latest financial systems and trends to benefit the business. - Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the transition's success and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Required: - Minimum bachelor's degree in finance; MBA or CA preferred. - 7+ years of versatile experience in accounting, finance implementation projects, and handling ad hoc queries. - Strong understanding of finance processes (O2C, P2P, and R2R) and systems. - Hands-on functional experience with NetSuite ERP. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
