Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage fund-raising activities including Working Capital, Term Loans, Asset/Equipment Finance, and Project Finance
  • Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and government bodies for loan processing and documentation
  • Ensure compliance and documentation for Project Funding and Working Capital instruments such as Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, Demand Loans, and Vendor Financing
  • Monitor and manage finance-related regulatory compliances and reporting


Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate in Finance (MBA/PGDM)
  • Graduation in Engineering discipline preferred


Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fund-raising and financial compliance


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (advanced level)
