The Assistant Manager – Finance supports the Finance Manager in overseeing accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and audits. Responsibilities include assisting with financial statements, managing daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, cash flow), and supporting budgeting and forecasting with department heads. The role ensures accurate records, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies and regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (Master’s or MBA preferred). 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally in the hospitality or service industry.
