Assistant Manager-Finance Controlling Accounting & Reporting-MPF-Chakan-Pune

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding costing principles, bill of material, and routing to perform both excel-based and SAP-based costing. Your role will involve resolving errors encountered during the cost run methodology from SAP and ensuring error-free cost estimates before marking and releasing them. You will also be expected to derive activity rates such as machine hour rates and provide active support during audits by answering questions and providing necessary information. Additionally, you will manage cost center wise expenses analysis, monitor cost-center-wise bill booking, and provide support in budget and forecast processes. Key Responsibilities: - Understand costing principles, bill of material, and routing for excel-based and SAP-based costing - Resolve errors encountered during the cost run methodology from SAP - Derive activity rates like machine hour rates - Provide active support during audits and participate in post-audit processes - Manage cost center wise expenses analysis and control - Monitor and correct cost center-wise expense trends monthly - Perform primary and secondary cost allocations - Support budget and forecast processes - Have knowledge of inventory analysis and valuation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance or commerce - Certified Cost Management Accountant (CMA) - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the accountancy field or an equivalent role Additional Company Details: The company focuses on maintaining the highest standards of health and safety with a wide range of health promotion and healthcare activities.
