Assistant Manager- Finance & Accounts

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for GST Compliance, maintaining required GST records, accuracy in availing GST Input credit; reconciliation of GST as per books and GST Portal.
2. GST related notices and correspondences with GST authorities & Co-ordination with consultants for GST compliance and GST Audit.
3. Ensuring TDS returns and timely TDS payments
4. Scrutiny of Ledger accounts on monthly basis
5. Preparation of Cashflow statement and ensuring Bank reconciliations of Cash Credit facilities on timely basis
6. Ensuring Bank Compliance such as stock statements and fulfilling other documentary requirements and dealing with Rating agencies
7. Fixed assets register and related records & depreciation working; to the satisfaction of auditors
8. Reconciliation of Intercompany Balances and quarterly reporting to DGM & Director Finance
9. Active involvement in completing Statutory Audit & Income tax scrutiny assessments.
10. Labour contractor payable management. Handling and helping team to ensure timely Labour kharchis and sub contractor bills payments are paid. Preparing siteiwse MIS for monthly outgo on account of labour contractors and preparing budget vs actuals.
11. ERP (Highrise) improvement and escalating necessary queries to Highrise team and necessary solution.
12. Few RoC compliance such as MSME, XBRL filign etc.
13. Helping staff in resolution of day to day queries related to tax/Highrise.
14. Finalization of Group Company Balance sheets.
15. Periodic reports as may be required by HoD.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having experience in Civil contracting /EPC companies will be prefered
