Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW: The position will be responsible to manage and monitor all accounts and finance related activities across all the stations/branches in the assigned regions. ACCOUNTABILTIES: Responsible for day-to-day accounting related matters, GST, TDS etc. Responsible for the invoicing & pending collections Preparing Profit and Loss Accounts, doing variance analysis, managing year-end closing entries and coordinating with audit schedules. Managing daily operation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, bank reconciliation, etc. Handling Vendors, cost negotiation, barter etc. JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Must be Commerce Graduated/Post Graduate 5 plus years of relevant experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Should have the ability to multi-task and support a co-operative work environment. Should have the capability to plan and organize. Proficient oral and written communication skills. Should have excellent knowledge of accounting software.
