Job Description

As an Assistant Manager, Field Marketing, with 10-12 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to support Field Marketing leads with geographical work. You will be tasked with finding solutions and efficiencies for work submitted by regional teams, overseeing support with administrative tasks, research, and analysis, as well as addressing specific regional needs. Additionally, you will manage a team of field marketing generalists, participate in leadership calls, troubleshoot issues, and serve as a point of escalation. Your key responsibilities will include intaking one-off or regularly paced tasks while adhering to standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. You will provide scaled support for geographies, help prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with teams. Utilizing existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems, you will also create processes for scalable work and oversee the completion of tasks and processes. Furthermore, you will update databases and calendars, track and manage lists through all field activities, research external opportunities for brand promotion, create competitive analysis, gather and analyze data, project manage tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the JLL Marketing organization. To excel in this role, you should possess 10-12 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a relevant field. Strong written and verbal English language skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of marketing principles, branding concepts, and customer behavior. Excellent attention to detail, project management skills, superior communication skills for collaborating with subject matter experts, and leadership and management experience are also required. Your ability to identify efficiency opportunities, create new processes, implement them, adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and take a proactive approach to annual or repeating tasks will be key to your success in this position.
