Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and supervise the fabrication team.
Manage production schedules and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols.
Coordinate workflow across teams to maintain smooth operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues promptly.
Assign daily tasks to team members based on priorities and skill sets.
Monitor performance and ensure overall productivity.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Fabrication:
Proven hands-on experience in metal fabrication, machining, assembly, or related manufacturing processes.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, production equipment, materials, and quality standards.
Leadership & Team Management:
Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, assign tasks, and guide technicians to achieve daily production targets.
Production Planning Skills:
Familiar with creating and maintaining production schedules, optimizing workflow, and meeting deadlines.
Quality & Safety Awareness:
Knowledge of quality control practices and strict adherence to workplace safety protocols.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Capable of identifying production issues, providing quick solutions, and minimizing downtime.
Communication & Coordination:
Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.
Attention to Detail:
Ability to maintain high accuracy and consistency across fabrication processes.
Adaptability:
Flexible in working with different fabrication projects, tools, and changing production needs.
