Assistant Manager Event

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Sheraton, your role involves updating the information board regularly to keep employees informed about important events, providing assistance and guidance to employees facing challenges with job duties such as low package sales numbers, assigning lead calls or emails to Sales Executives based on line rotation, and creating spreadsheets to organize information related to Sales and Marketing activities like mailing lists and tours. Your key responsibilities include: - Entering, retrieving, reconciling, and verifying information in software used in the sales process - Contacting appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems - Promoting brand image both internally and externally - Utilizing sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, including up-selling - Encouraging guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours and answering questions about property facilities/services Qualifications required for this position are: - Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent - Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience At Sheraton, you will be part of a global community that fosters a sense of belonging and connection.
