Job Summary:

Responsible for managing all electrical maintenance operations of the dairy plant, ensuring minimal downtime, reliable utility performance, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
• Supervise HT/LT panels, motors, VFDs, PLCs, and control panels.
• Oversee electrical aspects of utilities (DG sets, HVAC, boilers, chillers).
• Ensure safety compliance with electrical regulations.
• Lead a team of electricians and train them on best practices.
• Maintain records and reports for maintenance and energy usage.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in industrial electrical systems (FMCG/dairy preferred).
• Troubleshooting skills and knowledge of automation (PLC/SCADA).
• Team leadership and safety compliance knowledge.

Preferred Certifications:

• Electrical Supervisor License (Haryana)
• Industrial/Electrical Safety Certification
