As an Assistant Manager D2C, your role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will set KPIs, track performance metrics, and ensure consistent growth to achieve sales targets. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the operation of D2C platforms, optimizing website performance, managing product listings, and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. - Set KPIs, track performance metrics, and ensure consistent growth to achieve sales targets. - Oversee D2C platforms including company-owned websites, apps, and third-party marketplaces. - Optimize website performance, ensure inventory accuracy, and manage product listings. - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations. - Design and manage promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns to boost customer engagement and sales. - Ensure a seamless online shopping experience with fast shipping, easy returns, and excellent customer support. - Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements. - Utilize analytics tools to track user behavior, identify trends, and optimize customer journeys. - Generate regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and customer demographics. - Experiment with new strategies and tools to enhance brand visibility and market share.
