Role & responsibilities

The Assistant Manager / Team Leader for Plots & Villas Sales will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, driving sales of plotted developments and villas, ensuring achievement of revenue targets, and building strong customer relationships. The role demands strong leadership, sales expertise, and in-depth knowledge of real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of plots and villas by guiding the sales team towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, brokers, digital platforms, referrals, and site visits.
  • Handle high-value client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Organize and participate in property expos, roadshows, and site visits to increase visibility and sales.

Team Management

  • Supervise, train, and motivate sales executives to achieve individual goals.
  • Allocate leads, monitor follow-ups, and ensure proper client engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support the team in improving conversion ratios.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure excellent customer experience from first interaction to booking and handover.
  • Resolve escalated client queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with HNI/NRI clients and ensure repeat and referral business.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences for plots and villas.
  • Share regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates with management.
  • Provide inputs for pricing, promotional strategies, and inventory planning.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, especially in

    high-value real estate transactions

  • Good understanding of plotted development and villa projects.
  • Leadership and team management ability.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 48 years of real estate sales experience

    , preferably in plots/villas.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving high sales targets.
