KPMG India is looking for Assistant Manager - Digital Government Advisory to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our Government and Public Services (G&PS) practice as a Digital Government Advisory Manager
The Manager will play a crucial role in providing strategic advisory and consulting services to government clients in their digital transformation initiatives
They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative digital strategies that enhance government services and drive efficiencies
Responsibilities:Lead and manage advisory engagements for government clients, providing strategic guidance and digital transformation solutions
Work closely with government stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities for digital transformation
Develop and implement digital strategies, roadmaps, and action plans for government agencies, aligning with their goals and priorities
Conduct assessments of existing government processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending digital solutions
Provide expertise and guidance on emerging technologies and trends in the digital government space, such as AI, cloud computing, data analytics, and citizen-centric services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology consultants, data scientists, and change management specialists, to design and deliver comprehensive digital solutions
Conduct stakeholder engagement and change management activities to ensure successful adoption of digital initiatives within government agencies
Monitor and evaluate the progress of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations
Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, becoming a trusted advisor on digital government strategies and initiatives
Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and policies related to digital government, providing thought leadership and insights to clients and internal teams
