  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
  • Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Bachelors degree is Mandatory & Certificate of competency by RERA is added an advantage 
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends, laws, and regulations in the region.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets and CRM software.
  • Excellent time management. -Highly organized with strict adherence to deadlines. -Proficient multitasker, working well under pressure. 

Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market, specifically targeting Pune location
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.
  • Coordination with clients and developers management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Marketing and Promotion:

    • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote properties and services.
    • Utilize online and offline channels to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Administrative and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate property viewings, inspections, and closing activities.

Working Conditions:

  • This position requires frequent travel within Pune location.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate client meetings and property viewings.
