QUALIFICATION-BE or B. Tech

DEPARTMENT-NPD & Eng

EXPERIENCE REQD.-10 Yrs. to 13 Yrs.

WORKING LOCATION-Chennai

CTC-12 Lacs to 13 Lacs

Industry-Automotive Industry or Manufacturing Industry

Candidate should have worked experience of new product development in Automotive sector
Should have knowledge of Drawing, GD & T
Should have experience of Tier 1 & Tier 2 supplier
Should have Knowledge of APQP, QMS, IMDS, MSA, Process capability, PPAP & PSW
Should have knowledge of Process like-Injection, Painting, Plating, Ultrasonic welding, Heat stacking, SPM Development & Sub Assy
Should have knowledge of various Plastic raw material, Injection mold design and Development
Able to analyze customer complain and submit root cause analysis countermeasure report, 8D Report
Able to work with CFT and convince to customer on project progress status/PSW approval
