Job Description

Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Finance

Key Responsibilities

Manage
Project Finance
activities including financial structuring, cash-flow planning, and funding requirements.
Handle
Term Loan
processes, lender coordination, documentation, and disbursement follow-ups.
Prepare and review
Financial Documentation
, DPR financial sections, CMA data, and lender submissions.
Ensure
financial compliances
as per lender covenants and regulatory norms.
Support and lead activities related to
Financial Closure of projects (500 Cr+ preferred)
in sectors such as Roads, Railways, Power, Solar, or Water.
Develop advanced
Excel-based financial models
, cash-flow forecasts, and project viability analysis.
Utilize
Excel Macros / VBA
to automate reports and enhance financial reporting efficiency.
Assist in internal audits, MIS reporting, budgeting, and monitoring financial KPIs.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, FIs, consultants, and internal project teams.

Required Qualifications

MBA (Finance)
from a reputed institute
OR

C.A. / F.C.A.
Minimum
CGPA 6.0+
(where applicable).
Engineering bachelors degree
is an added advantage.

Experience Criteria

7+ years of full-time experience
in Finance.
Mandatory experience in
Infrastructure sector
(Roads / Power / Railways / Solar / Water).
Note: Pure Real Estate / Building sector experience is not considered.
Must have worked on at least one
project financial closure of 500 Cr+
.
