Job Description

Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - Settlement and Waiver Unit
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collection targets of the assigned region, ensuring PL ROLL BACK targets/PSBL collection targets and meeting the target on Cost of Collections.

Control delinquency and focus on WRITE-OFF.

Ensure documented feedback.

Ensure legal tools of 138/arbitration summons, warrants are executed along with legal team.

Ensure audit queries are complied with.

Ensure adequate Feet on Street availability region-wise, bucket-wise, and segment-wise.

Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for Collection Officers/Agencies/DMAs, monitoring performance against set parameters, and conducting weekly reviews with collection executives.

Ensure background and reference check of agencies/DMAs being appointed.

Constantly evaluate DMAs and agencies.

Identify and manage training needs for Collection Executives (CEs).

Support collection officers in legal/police issues.

Ensure CHAMPION CHAMPION collection is driven successfully in the field.

Visit random customers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Graduation with 7 to 8 years or MBA with 3 years of relevant experience.

People management skills.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Excellent communication skills.

Negotiation skills.

Strong bias for action and driving results in a high performance environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship skills.

Affirmative in nature, strong leadership skills, clarity of thought, and perseverance.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and must be a self-starter.

Working knowledge of computers.
