Job Description

Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - Settlement and Waiver Unit
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collection targets of the assigned region, including meeting PL ROLL BACK Targets/PSBL collection targets and cost of collections targets.

Control delinquency and focus on WRITE-OFF.

Ensure documented feedback is provided.

Ensure execution of legal tools such as 138/arbitration summons and warrants in collaboration with the legal team.

Comply with audit queries.

Ensure adequate Feet on Street availability region-wise, bucket-wise, and segment-wise.

Manage productivity by setting productivity parameters for Collection Officers, Agencies, and DMAs; monitor performance against set parameters; and conduct weekly reviews with collection executives.

Conduct background and reference checks of agencies/DMAs being appointed.

Constantly evaluate DMAs and agencies.

Identify and manage training needs for Collection Executives.

Support collection officers in legal and police issues.

Drive successful field implementation of CHAMPION CHAMPION collection.

Conduct random customer visits.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Graduation with 7 to 8 years or MBA with 3 years of relevant experience.

People management skills.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Excellent communication skills.

Negotiation skills.

Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship skills.

Affirmative in nature, strong leadership skills, clarity of thought, and perseverance.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and must be a self-starter.

Working knowledge of computers.
