 Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels 
 Job Purpose 
Achieving targets in various parameters assigned. Oversee the Car Finance business while maintaining compliance. Responsible for handling partners and agencies.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during product repossession.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Manage Daily Risk Report (DRR).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Track cases individually.
  • Achieve resolution per Annual Operating Plan (AOP) within agreed timelines.
  • Portfolio management.
  • Debt collection strategy development and execution.
  • Target achievement.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Reporting and analysis of collection metrics.
  • Risk management.
  • Team leadership.
  • Vendor management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Proven experience in achieving collections targets by working with customers and agencies.
  • Strong ability to monitor performance and provide timely updates.
  • Knowledge of legal guidelines for repossession processes.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ability to provide detailed reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Skilled in promptly handling escalations and resolving issues.
  • Experience in managing Daily Risk Reports (DRR).
  • Ability to develop and implement effective collection strategies.
  • Case-by-case tracking and resolution management.
  • Experience in achieving resolutions as per AOP within agreed timelines.
  • Expertise in portfolio management.
  • Strong background in debt collection strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting targets.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Competency in reporting and analysis.
  • Risk management skills.
  • Experience in leading teams.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Ability to coordinate with both internal and external clients.
