Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels
Job Purpose
Achieving targets in various parameters assigned. Oversee the Car Finance business while maintaining compliance. Responsible for handling partners and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during product repossession.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Manage Daily Risk Report (DRR).

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Track cases individually.

Achieve resolution per Annual Operating Plan (AOP) within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy development and execution.

Target achievement.

Ensure regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis of collection metrics.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in achieving collections targets by working with customers and agencies.

Strong ability to monitor performance and provide timely updates.

Knowledge of legal guidelines for repossession processes.

Experience in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Ability to provide detailed reports on collection activities and performance.

Skilled in promptly handling escalations and resolving issues.

Experience in managing Daily Risk Reports (DRR).

Ability to develop and implement effective collection strategies.

Case-by-case tracking and resolution management.

Experience in achieving resolutions as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Expertise in portfolio management.

Strong background in debt collection strategy and execution.

Demonstrated success in meeting targets.
