 Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels 
 Job Purpose 
Achieve targets in various assigned parameters. Oversee the Car Finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during product repossession.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Case-to-case tracking.
  • Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
  • Portfolio management.
  • Debt collection strategy.
  • Target achievement.
  • Regulatory compliance.
  • Reporting and analysis.
  • Risk management.
  • Team leadership.
  • Vendor management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Proven track record in achieving collections targets.
  • Experience in monitoring and reporting performance against KPIs.
  • Understanding of legal compliance in repossession processes.
  • Ability to maintain detailed records and documentation.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting reports on collection activities.
  • Strong escalation and issue resolution skills.
  • Experience with DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective collection strategies.
  • Case management and timely resolution skills.
  • Portfolio management experience.
  • Familiarity with debt collection strategies and regulatory compliance.
  • Analytical and reporting skills for risk management.
  • Leadership experience, including team and vendor management.
  • Strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
