Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels
Job Purpose
Achieve targets in various assigned parameters. Oversee the Car Finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during product repossession.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-to-case tracking.

Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven track record in achieving collections targets.

Experience in monitoring and reporting performance against KPIs.

Understanding of legal compliance in repossession processes.

Ability to maintain detailed records and documentation.

Experience in preparing and presenting reports on collection activities.

Strong escalation and issue resolution skills.

Experience with DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Ability to develop and implement effective collection strategies.

Case management and timely resolution skills.

Portfolio management experience.

Familiarity with debt collection strategies and regulatory compliance.

Analytical and reporting skills for risk management.

Leadership experience, including team and vendor management.

Strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
