Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels
Job Purpose
Achieving targets in various parameters assigned. Oversee Car Finance business while maintaining compliance. Responsible for handling partners and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during repossession of products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Track cases individually for resolution within agreed timelines as per AOP.

Manage the portfolio and implement debt collection strategies.

Ensure achievement of targets and regulatory compliance.

Prepare and analyze reports for management.

Identify and manage collection risks.

Lead and support the team in achieving objectives.

Manage vendors effectively.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving collection targets through direct customer/agency visits.

Ability to monitor and report performance against parameters.

Knowledge of legal compliance in repossession processes.

Proficiency in maintaining customer records and preparing reports.

Strong escalation management and problem-solving skills.

Experience in DRR management and developing collection strategies.

Experience in case tracking and timely resolution as per AOP.

Portfolio management and debt collection strategy experience.

Goal-oriented with a focus on target achievement and regulatory compliance.

Analytical skills for reporting and risk management.

Team leadership and vendor management capabilities.

Effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
