 Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels 
 Job Purpose 
Achieving targets in various parameters assigned. Oversee Car Finance business while maintaining compliance. Responsible for handling partners and agencies.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during repossession of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Track cases individually for resolution within agreed timelines as per AOP.
  • Manage the portfolio and implement debt collection strategies.
  • Ensure achievement of targets and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze reports for management.
  • Identify and manage collection risks.
  • Lead and support the team in achieving objectives.
  • Manage vendors effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Experience in achieving collection targets through direct customer/agency visits.
  • Ability to monitor and report performance against parameters.
  • Knowledge of legal compliance in repossession processes.
  • Proficiency in maintaining customer records and preparing reports.
  • Strong escalation management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in DRR management and developing collection strategies.
  • Experience in case tracking and timely resolution as per AOP.
  • Portfolio management and debt collection strategy experience.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on target achievement and regulatory compliance.
  • Analytical skills for reporting and risk management.
  • Team leadership and vendor management capabilities.
  • Effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
