Assistant Manager - Cyber Security

Purpose/Objective

The Assistant Manager - Cyber Security will play a pivotal role in safeguarding Adani Cyber Corporate Services' digital assets and infrastructure. This role is strategically aligned with the business unit's mission to support Adani Enterprises Limited's diverse operations, including energy, logistics, and data centers, by ensuring robust cybersecurity measures. The position focuses on implementing advanced security protocols, mitigating cyber risks, and supporting the organization's digital transformation initiatives, particularly in the context of data center development and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards tailored to Adani Cyber Corporate Services' operational needs. - Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential security threats. - Monitor and analyze security events using advanced tools and platforms to detect and respond to incidents in real-time. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the secure design and deployment of IT infrastructure, particularly in data center operations. - Lead efforts in threat intelligence gathering and analysis to proactively address emerging cyber threats. - Support the implementation of security measures for critical projects, including green hydrogen production and digital transformation initiatives. - Provide technical expertise in the configuration and management of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security solutions. - Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for employees to foster a culture of security within the organization. - Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, vulnerabilities, and compliance with internal security standards. - Assist in the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure resilience against cyberattacks.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. - 1-3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or technology-driven organizations. - Certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) are highly desirable. Educational Background - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity. - Advanced certifications or postgraduate qualifications in cybersecurity or related fields are preferred.
