Assistant Manager - Customer Experience & Delight

As an Assistant Manager for the Restaurant & Experiences vertical within the CREW business unit at Swiggy in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in providing a premium lifestyle and travel service to high-value customers. You will be responsible for expertly curating restaurant recommendations, managing reservations seamlessly, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring outstanding service delivery to customers in collaboration with our Captains and tech teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining a robust network of top dining options and curating tailored recommendations for customers. - Proactively managing reservations end to end and handling complex requests professionally. - Overseeing mission assignments and fulfillment for restaurant requests to ensure timely and high-quality execution. - Actively soliciting and responding to customer feedback to refine future suggestions and resolving customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. - Working with product and tech teams to enhance AI-powered curation and automate booking tasks while prioritizing the human touch for premium requests. To excel in this role, you should have 4-8 years of experience in restaurant curation, concierge services, or hospitality operations, preferably in a premium segment. You should possess a deep familiarity with the food and beverage landscape, strong communication and negotiation skills, expert knowledge of reservation platforms, proven operational and team management discipline, an analytical mindset, and be open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business rotation. Success in this role will be measured by consistently delighting customers with high-value dining experiences, delivering fast and accurate reservations, and driving improvements in service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and curated recommendation quality.,
