KPMG India is looking for Assistant Manager - CRM Technical to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in the design, development, and implementation of MS Dynamics CRM solutions to streamline business processes, enhance customer relationships, and improve overall operational efficiency
You will collaborate with cross - functional teams to ensure that the CRM system meets the organization's needs
Key Responsibilities : CRM Configuration and Customization : System Customization : Customize MS Dynamics CRM to align with the organization's business processes and requirements
Entities and Fields : Create and modify entities, fields, forms, and views to capture and manage relevant data
Workflows and Business Rules : Develop workflows and business rules to automate processes and enforce business logic
Integration and Data Management : Data Integration : Integrate MS Dynamics CRM with other systems, databases, and applications as needed
Data Migration : Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Plugin Development : Plugin Development : Develop custom plugins, assemblies, and extensions to extend the functionality of MS Dynamics CRM
Customization of Reports and Dashboards : Reports and Dashboards : Create and customize reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics
Security and Access Control : Security Configuration : Configure role - based security and access controls to protect sensitive data
User Training and Support : User Training : Provide training and support to end - users to ensure effective utilization of MS Dynamics CRM
Documentation : Documentation : Maintain documentation of customizations, configurations, and technical specifications
Upgrades and Maintenance : System Upgrades : Stay updated with new releases and updates, and plan and execute system upgrades as necessary
