: Develop cost structures for new products, ensuring alignment with profitability goals
Product Costing
: Perform ongoing product costing and analyze cost components, ensuring cost competitiveness
Validation of Commodity Price Movements
: Track and validate changes in commodity prices and their impact on material costs
Material Cost Analysis
: Regularly analyze material cost trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report on variances
Product-wise Post Costing Profitability Monitoring
: Monitor and analyze the profitability of products post-launch, identifying areas for improvement
Controlling Fixed Costs
: Ensure control over fixed costs and manage budget adherence
BOM Controlling and Cost Analysis
: Manage
Bill of Materials (BOM)
and conduct cost analysis for components and subassemblies
Cost Variance Analysis
: Identify, track, and report on cost variances to ensure operational efficiency
