Assistant Manager - Corporate Finance (Debt Servicing and Regulatory Compliance)

As a detail-oriented finance professional with hands-on experience in corporate finance operations, debt servicing, and regulatory compliance, you will be responsible for coordinating with lending institutions, managing financial documentation, and ensuring timely execution of lender compliance requirements. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and control processes. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring post-disbursement lender compliance for new project financing, managing relationships with lending institutions, handling documentation and regulatory compliance for loans and equity transactions, preparing budgets for debt servicing, lender fees, and financial obligations, supporting the preparation and analysis of MIS presentations, coordinating cross-functional team meetings, managing SAP-related activities, supporting credit rating compliance, and internal group memo coordination. To excel in this role, you should have advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and dashboards, proficiency in SAP for processing and reporting, experience in financial analysis and budgeting, expertise in debt compliance, documentation, and lender coordination, strong MIS reporting capabilities, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will have a CA or MBA in Finance with 3 to 15 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, treasury, or financial services.
