Job Description

As a Corporate Communication professional at our company, you will play a critical role in managing the communication strategy, investor relations coordination, brand consistency, and editorial functions. This mid-level individual contributor role requires excellent project management, content development, and stakeholder engagement skills. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate investor relations meetings, briefings, and related communication logistics - Support leadership in preparing investor decks and corporate presentations - Collaborate with finance and legal teams for accurate and timely information dissemination - Serve as custodian of the brand identity, including logos, style guides, tone of voice, and content guidelines - Ensure consistency across all communication materials, internally and externally - Review, refine, and approve key corporate materials for brand alignment - Act as Editor-in-Chief for the bi-annual internal magazine, Resonance - Plan, commission, edit, and publish content in coordination with stakeholders - Manage production timelines, design, and distribution - Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for various platforms - Oversee and update corporate websites across all group companies - Manage the creation, review, and revision of corporate communication slide decks - Lead social media strategy and execution across all relevant platforms - Monitor engagement, generate reports, and suggest improvements based on metrics - Drive corporate communication initiatives and campaigns end-to-end - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key projects - Ensure timely delivery and high-quality communication deliverables Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - 5-10 years of corporate communications experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector - Proven editorial skills and experience managing publications or newsletters - Strong understanding of brand governance and investor relations support - Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, AI tools, and social media tools Key Competencies: - Strong attention to detail and project management skills - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks - Clear and effective communicator with a creative and strategic mindset - Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment - High sense of ownership and accountability Reporting To: Head Corporate Development and Strategy, Rubicon Research Ltd.
