We are looking to hire a CMT Specialist who can effectively manage both OTR and drayage loads on behalf of our brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage transportation logistics for OTR and drayage shipments.
- Communicate effectively with brokers, carriers, and clients.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
-Negotiate rates with carriers while maximizing company margins and ensuring service quality
-proactively source new carriers to expand network and meet urgent or specialized load requirements.
-Monitor carrier performance and resolve service issues
-Ensure on-time pickup and delivery in compliance with customer requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2years experience in managing OTR and drayage logistics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
