Job Description

GIFTCL invites application for the position of Assistant Manager - Civil (on contract). This is a contractual position for a period of 3 years. The remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience up to Rs. 9 Lakh per annum.

The candidate should have done B.E. / B.Tech - Civil with 2-3 years of experience. Detailed job description is as under,

QA/QC Management of High-rise building construction and civil infrastructure works.
Reviewing, approving and implementing Quality Action Plan
Liaise with stakeholders involved for respective QA/QC actions.
QA/QC documents updating.
Preparation data for MIS.
Daily work monitoring, recording, and reporting.
Responsible for controlling site execution as per the contract.

Competencies Required :

Preferably, candidate should be Bachelors in Civil Engineering from premium institute.
Experience in high-rise building/infrastructure works/other civil works etc. for 2-3 years
Can supervise and record the QA/QC inspection data.
Shall have experience in documentation of civil building construction under PMC.
Hardworking, with good knowledge of handling sites, effective communication & drafting skills
Understanding of the drawing, works and site work to manage MIS and other relevant reports.
Experience of recording of works, billing, physical verification for payment and audit purpose.
Conversant with IS code of measurement.
Shall be proficient in computer (MS Word & Excel).
Shall be able to work on AutoCAD.

Job Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar
