Role & responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  
• Generate new leads through market research, customer visits, and industry networking.
  
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
  
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market changes.
  
• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  

Marketing Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns, product promotions, and trade show participation.
  
• Develop marketing content such as brochures, presentations, and social media posts.
  
• Conduct market analysis to identify new product opportunities and customer segments.
  
• Maintain digital marketing activities, including website updates and email campaigns.
  
• Assist in building the companys brand image and positioning.
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  
• Maintain CRM data and update client interactions regularly.
  
• Track marketing performance metrics and campaign results.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 3–5 years of experience in sales/marketing (experience in extrusion, plastic, or manufacturing sector preferred).
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Knowledge of extrusion products, PVC/UPVC profiles, or related industry will be an added advantage.
  
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
