Business Analyst with 1-3 years of experience.2. Exposure in Accounts payable, Accounts receivables and tax related streams3. Understanding business process management and business requirements of thecustomers and translating them to specific software requirements.4. Communicate and collaborate with project team and internal customers to analyzeinformation needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed:(Functional requirements, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Project status report)5. Adept at preparing business requirements documents (BRDs), defining project plans, writing system requirements specifications, and delivering project/ status reports6. Documenting and analyzing the required information and data7. Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications.8. Strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operationalrequirements.9. Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.10. Strong Analytical and communication skills11. Candidates working in IT operationsdomain will be preferredSkills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must haveQualificationEducationMBA or B.Tech/B.E. in any stream with relevant experience in Business AnalysisExperienceBusiness Analyst with 1-3 years of experience.
