Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor and manage system and network performance, and troubleshoot issues related to LAN, firewall, access points, and routers as needed.
• Manage day-to-day IT support operations, ensuring timely resolution of user issues via ticketing systems.
• Ensure data security, backup, and recovery systems are regularly tested and maintained.
• Responsible for the procurement, maintenance, documentation, and lifecycle tracking of all IT assets.
• Prepare and present reports on IT performance, system status, and ongoing activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation, reporting, and presentations.
• Support and guide IT support staff, manage task assignments, and handle escalation of unresolved technical issues.
• Document and manage IT incidents and changes, following standard protocols and ensuring minimal disruption.
