Department:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to
GLP, cGMP, safety, and data integrity practices
in the laboratory.
Perform routine and stability analysis of
Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Intermediates, APIs, In-process samples, Finished Products, Returned Goods, Hold Time studies, Working Standards
as per specifications, SOPs, and test procedures.
Execute
HPLC-related analysis
with proper online documentation in LIMS.
Maintain compliance with
CFR 21 Part-11
and good chromatography practices during analysis, integration, and review.
Record analytical results in worksheets/protocols, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current specifications/STPs.
Report and initiate
QI/NQI/OOS/OOT/Deviations/Discrepancies
to QC In-charge.
Perform calibration of laboratory instruments as per schedule and update calibration tags & logbooks.
Maintain
instrument history records, column logbooks, reference/working/impurity standard usage records
.
Prepare and execute
stability protocols, reports, and analysis
as per stability schedules.
Jointly perform
analytical method transfer
with ARD laboratory personnel.
Monitor and record
temperature and humidity
of laboratory, refrigerator, and working standard chamber daily.
Prepare mobile phases/solutions as per requirement while ensuring optimal usage of chemicals/solvents.
Coordinate with the
store department
for urgent raw material analysis.
Ensure cleanliness and prevent spillage of lab chemicals/solvents.
Continuously upgrade technical knowledge by participating in training programs.
