Job Summary

Successful candidate will mandatorily possess good communication skills/soft interpersonal skills, understanding of real estate domain along with the Analytical and Presentation skills. The incumbent will track market trends, analyzes financial and operational data, and prepares models, budgets, and performance reports to support project feasibility and strategy. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new business opportunities, conduct due diligence, and provide insights for informed decision-making.

Role & responsibilities

  • Market tracking: Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, price movement, product understanding, specs, development policy. Analyze market data -Track key transactions (incl. commercials) in focus markets DMs, JDA, Outright deals etc.
  • Financial modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to support project feasibility. Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning.
  • Project budget and review: Preparing the quarterly/ monthly budget for ongoing/ new projects covering Cashflows, P&L, etc. Inventory health Sales plan of balance inventory and strategy. Registration Collections, Due demand, ageing, over dues and key ratios. Others - Land, approvals updates etc.
  • Project performance tracking: Monitor project progress and performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets. Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • New business assistance: Coordinating with deal sourcing parties for gathering data and facts to prepare initial understanding of the deal. Preparing one pager note on new deals for quick management review. Facilitate/ conduct land, design, and legal due diligence for potential opportunities. Assist with data/ information in legal documentation and deal execution
  • Collaboration and support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Design, marketing, and project management. Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in real estate, finance, or a related industry having strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • MBA / CA/ CFA/ Master’s degree in finance, or a related field.
  • Real estate industry knowledge or experience.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power Point).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
